MAIL RUN ENVELOPES
All participants will receive a cancelled Mail Run envelope after the completion of the Mail Run as one of your participation awards. Do you wish to receive or send additional envelopes? If so, the cost is $2.50 each or 5 for $10.00. Consider ordering your envelopes at this time or when you arrive to check-in, however all envelopes must be addressed and “mailed” by Thursday evening at the Participants/Mushers’ Meeting. If you would like to order these envelopes at this time, please enclose the correct amount of money for the envelopes as well as an estimation of the amount of postage required to send the envelopes to their final destination from Quesnel. Along with this completed PARTICIPATION FORM and the WAIVER FORM, please attach a list of the names and addresses for those you wish to receive the envelopes and we will arrange that they are all addressed and deposited in the mail. Remember, each envelope also contains an insert that outlines the details of the Mail Run.
