Every individual Mail Run participant and Stage Race competitor must complete one of these forms
This form must be completed whether participating in one, two, three of the stages of the Mail Run or just in the Barkerville Dash
In addition to this form, every participant must complete the separate WAIVER FORM that must accompany this REGISTRATION/PARTICIPATION FORM
The deadline for registration and for submission of this form is Sunday January 15th, 2012. (Note: Those participating in the Barkerville Dash only may complete and submit this form on Sunday morning January 22nd. Look for the “REGISTER HERE” sign at the Dash starting area, participants must register at least one hour before the beginning of the Dash)
Remember - everyone participating in the Dash must provide a prize for the Prize Draw to take place when all participants have completed the run
For the Mail Run there is a participation fee of $60.00 that must accompany this form, everyone pays the same participation fee whether taking part in one or all of the stages (the entry fee for participating in the Barkerville Dash only is $30.00). …make cheques payable to the Gold Rush Trail Dog Sled Mail Run
For the Stage Race there is an entry fee of $200.00 that must accompany this form.
In the event that you are not able to participate, your fee will be refunded upon your request
Every participant, whether in the Mail Run or the Stage Race will receive Participation Awards which include a cancelled 2012 Mail Run envelope, a 2012 Mail Run mug, various Participation Certificates, free hot dogs and hot chocolate following the first stage at Umiti Pit and free refreshments at Barkerville during stage three.
