REGISTRATION/PARTICIPATION FORM

2010 GOLD RUSH TRAIL DOG SLED MAIL RUN

• Every individual participant must complete one of these forms
• This form must be completed whether participating in one, two, three or all of the stages of the Mail Run, including the Barkerville Dash
• In addition to this form, every participant must complete the separate WAIVER FORM that must accompany this REGISTRATION/PARTICIPATION FORM
• The deadline for registration and for submission of this form is Monday January 18th, 2010. (Note: This represents a change in policy from previous years when early pre-registration was not required…however, those participating in the Barkerville Dash only may complete and submit this form on Sunday morning January 24th. Look for the “REGISTER HERE” sign at the race start, participants must register at least one hour before the beginning of the Dash).
  Remember - everyone participating in the Dash must provide a prize for the Prize Draw to take place when all participants have completed the run

• There is a participation fee of $20.00 that must accompany this form, everyone pays the same participation fee whether taking part in one or all of the stages…make cheques payable to the Gold Rush Trail Dog Sled Mail Run
• In the event that you are not able to participate, your fee will be refunded upon your request
• Every participant receives the same Participation Awards which include BBQ/Pot Luck supper on Friday January 22nd at Café Del Mar in Cottonwood, one cancelled 2010 Mail Run envelope, a 2010 Mail Run mug and a Participation Certificate. Note: Friday BBQ/Pot Luck is free for Participants, Volunteers, Organizers, Officials, One Guest/Handler per Participant….if other family and friends attend, please contribute to the pot-luck accordingly
