12:30 p.m.….Begin Stage Race Vet Check - Airport Inn

5:00 p.m……Stage Race Musher’s Meeting and draw for Sunday’s start - Airport Inn

5:00 p.m…. At A&W -- Mail Run Check In, Formal Registration, Pick Up Information Package -Participation Awards and Bibs, Have Supper (no host), Meet Old Friends, Buy and Mail Envelopes (last chance), Buy Souvenirs

7:30 p.m…..Meeting for Mail Run particpants to discuss trail, answer questions

Friday January 20th….Umiti Pit Road North of Quesnel

8:30 a.m….Teams may start arriving at Umiti parking lot…pre-assigned parking spots

9:30 a.m….Swearing in of all mail carriers, group photo, distribution of mail bags, confirmation of start times

11:00 a.m….Start of Mail Run….

12:30 p.m…Teams should begin to arrive at finish

2:00 p.m……Free hot dogs and hot chocolate for all participants and volunteers

The evening is open for everyone to do as they wish

Saturday January 21st….Troll Ski Resort, Hwy 26, 40 kilometres east of Quesnel

8:30 a.m….Teams (Stage Race and Mail Run) may start arriving at parking lot…pre-assigned parking spots…breakfast available for sale in lodge

11:00 a.m…Start of Mail Run…each participant will have a pre-determined start time

1:00 p.m….Teams should begin to arrive at finish

2:00 p.m….Fun Weight Pull

3:30 p.m….Musher’s Sports Competition

5:30 p.m….Begin Social Time in Lodge, Souvenir Sales

6:30 p.m….Banquet and Auction

Sunday January 22nd…..Barkerville, Main Parking Lot

8:30 a.m…..Teams start arriving at parking lot…pre-assigned parking, all Mail Run/Barkerville Dash participants to hand in their prize item

10:00 a.m…Start of Stage Race (Timed Starts)

10:30 a.m….Start of Mail Run…each participant will have a pre-determined start time

12:00 p.m. …First Barkerville Dash participant may leave Wells - Casino Parking Lot

12:20 p.m….Teams should begin to arrive at finish in Barkerville - Post Office Complimentary hamburgers for all participants and volunteers- Barkerville Parking Lot

3:00 p.m……Awards and wind-up in Barkerville Parking Lot
