Ordering Options
This section is for those who would like to order their envelopes and also to pay for them over the internet using the secure PayPal system.
1. You can simply order envelopes and pay for them on line and the envelopes will be sent to you where you can address them, insert a message and then send them back to us for inclusion in the Mail Run. If you choose to do this, make sure that there is enough time for us to get the envelopes to you and for you to get them back to us. If you choose this option go to the Gift Shop and click on "order envelopes" and proceed through the secure PayPal system.
2. You may choose to order the envelopes and pay for them on line and to also request that we address the envelopes for you. In order to do this efficiently we would like you to send an email to Barb indicating just what you would like to do. We will not only address the envelopes for you but will insert your emailed message in the envelopes if you choose to email the message to us.. ..just make sure you tell us what message should go into what envelope. We will email you back telling you the total cost for the envelopes, postage and for handling and you can then go to our Gift Shop and enter that amount, and once we receive you payment we will complete the transaction, confirm payment received and that your envelopes are in the mail.
Order By Return Mail
Contact organizers by mail and place your order for envelopes.
Include the required payment in your order as well as a $5.00 handling fee as we will be mailing these envelopes to you by return mail.
You can then address the envelopes as you wish, affix the proper postage (Note: domestic (inside Canada) postage for an envelope in January 2010 will be 52 cents), you can insert a personal letter or message if you wish and then….
Return the envelopes in bulk to the Mail Run organizers
These envelopes will then become part of the mail system in Quesnel and will be included in the Mail Run.
It is very important that you allow enough “turn-around” time to make this transaction possible…these types of orders should be placed by the middle of December 2011 at the latest.

B. Local Sales
If you happen to live in or near Quesnel British Columbia, or know someone who does, you can simply purchase your envelopes at a variety of outlets located throughout the community. Click here to find the sales outlets in Quesnel.
C. Order By Mail….We Address
If you would like organizers to address the envelopes for you, simply place your order by regular mail
In your correspondence include the names and addresses that you would like written on each envelope, you can also include a hand-written note, message or letter that you would like to be inserted into the envelope…. just give instructions when you order
If you are ordering by regular mail please include the cost of the envelopes plus the cost of the postage.
